1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers across the United Kingdom and select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

1.2 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

1.3 Delivery Timeframes

UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 working days
UK Express Shipping: 1–2 working days
International Shipping: 5–14 working days (subject to customs clearance)

Please note: delivery times may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

1.4 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

1.5 Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking where available. Tracking information will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return products if:

  • They are unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or supplements.

2.2 How to Return an Item

  1. Email help@health2u.uk with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and address details

  3. Carefully package the item(s) and send it back using a tracked postal service

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

2.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping

2.4 Refund Processing

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable items

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless faulty)
